Description
About Overwolf Ads
Gaming is not an audience. Gaming is a platform. One of the highest-attention media environments that exists: more than 37 million PC players a month, leaned in, mid-match, actively asking for help. Over 100,000 creators build the apps they live inside. And one mission runs underneath all of it: deliver one billion dollars to creators.
We turn the most engaged players on the planet into the best buy on the media plan. Now we're building the team that carries that story into the biggest agencies in the world.
The Quest
We're hiring a Head of Agency Partnerships to lead Overwolf's relationships with the major advertising holding companies. You'll be the senior voice agencies know, trust, and plan with. You'll land the agreements that turn one-off campaigns into always-on partnerships, and you'll make gaming a fixture at the top of the media plan.
This is the most senior relationship role on the Brand Partnerships team, and it is not a sideline. You carry a number and a commission plan, same as the sellers you partner with. We win as a pack.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Overwolf's relationships with the major holding companies at the altitude where gaming budgets move: Managing Directors, Investment Leads, and Heads of Investment.
  • Propose, negotiate, land and execute Master Service Agreements with major Holding companies.
  • Make Overwolf a strategic partner agencies build into their gaming media plans, not a vendor they consider at the last minute.
  • Open and deepen Overwolf's access across the major trade desks and curated programmatic marketplaces.
  • Turn signed agreements into committed, year-round spend through quarterly business reviews and joint business plans.
  • Be the category's most credible voice on why gaming belongs at the top of the media plan, and bring the data to prove it.
  • Partner across Sales, Product, Insights, and Marketing, turning what you hear in-market into sharper products and go-to-market.

Requirements
  • 12+ years in agency, media, or publisher roles, with direct, warm relationships at the MD or Investment Lead level inside the major holding companies.
  • A track record of proposing, negotiating, and landing Master Service Agreements with major holding companies. You've done this before, not just watched it happen.
  • Fluency in programmatic: working knowledge of DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP, plus a real command of curation and PMPs.
  • Executive presence. You're as comfortable across the table from a Chief Investment Officer as you are rallying a room of planners.
  • Command of the tools of the trade: Salesforce, MediaRadar or Pathmatics, ComScore, SellerCrowd, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Enough genuine PC and console gaming fluency to hold a real conversation with a planner about where player attention sits today.
  • Willingness and ability to travel: NYC, Chicago, London, agency on-sites

Bonus Points
  • You've built something inside a startup or scale-up and liked the chaos.
  • You actually play, or you're honestly curious about the people who do.
  • You believe gaming has been underestimated by the people writing the checks, and you want to be the one who reframes it.
