What are grillz?

Grillz, also known as grills or fronts, are decorative covers often made of gold, silver, or other precious metals that snap over one or more of a person's teeth. They are usually removable and are worn as a fashion accessory, popularized in hip-hop culture. Grillz can be custom-made to fit an individual's mouth and may be adorned with jewels or engraved designs. While originally associated with music artists, they have become a mainstream fashion statement. Proper care is important to avoid dental issues.
