We are seeking a talented Sales Account Manager for Greystone of Lincoln.ย  In this position, you will be involved in all facets of the customer development process, including prospecting, relationship development, value determination through problem/need identification, quoting and account management.ย  You must be able to discuss commercial issues as well as some technical issues and solutions with engineering.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree, preferably in engineering, science or other technical discipline.
  • Sales budgeting and cost analysis skills.
  • Results-oriented team member with a strong sense of urgency.ย  Desire to solve problems working with customers and internal suppliers is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time.

ย Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities, assess potential markets and product niches that align with internal capabilities and/or marketing strategies to define profitable growth potential.
  • Interact with Executive Management in strategic planning sessions.
  • Face-to-face interaction with all levels of customer staff, from Design, Engineering and Purchasing to Executives.

  • Project management skills; analytical and problem-solving ability.
