Job description

The Lead Beverage Server serves cocktails and food, accepts money and gives change, stocks supplies, assists bartender as needed. Assists in the training of new beverage servers. Oversees all beverage servers to ensure satisfactory completion of assigned job duties. Position starts at $17.61/hr plus tips and increases to $18.50/hr plus tips at the successful completion of 90-day orientation period.
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Bartending school helpful.
Experience: One-year experience serving cocktails. Must have valid TIPS and Health Card. Ability to work with Micro's POS System. Good character, motivated, hardworking. Ability to work well with guests and co-workers. Good communication skills.
Physical and Mental Requirements: Must be able to stand/walk for extended length of time. Must be able to use tray and carry up to 25 lbs. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment. Mobility to climb stairs on a regular basis.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
