  • The Finance Management Hi-Po Leadership Development Program is a 2-3-year enterprise leadership accelerator designed for high-potential MBA graduates ready to influence financial strategy in a fast-growing, innovation-driven biotech organization. Through 3-4 strategic rotations (8-12 months each) which may include Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Corporate Finance, and Internal Audit, you will gain deep technical expertise and broad enterprise perspective.
