  • Duties Include
    Proficiency in eSchool, eSped, Google Suite, and Excel
    Schedule all 504 Meetings and provide parent notices within timelines
    Create Google calendar invite for 504 meetings by coordinating and following up on the scheduling of mutually agreeable 504 times with parents, staff, and district personnel
    Maintain/coordinate calendar for all scheduled 504 meetings, staffings and MDR meetings
    Create and share Teacher Input form for the scheduled meetings
    Create and share Parent Notice, Procedural Safeguards and Receipt of Rights
    Archive the written notice and Procedural Safeguards
    Share ADC/Teacher Bundle forms with scheduled teachers when schedule changes, level drops, and spring semester schedule changes through Google Drive
    Verify PEIMS data in eSchool and ESPED
    Maintain an accurate roster of all 504 students
    Run periodic eSped reports to assist specialists in meeting assessment and 504 timelines
    Ability to adhere to rules of 504 confidentiality
    Knowledge of 504 regulations related to the 504 process and Parent Rights
    Ability to organize and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously and independently to meet deadlines.
    Ability to maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information.
    Ability to perform duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision
    Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written utilizing tact and diplomacy and maintain effective working relationships with district personnel and campus administration
