Job Description :
We are seeking an Account Operations Manager to join the Advertising Operations team! The Account Operations Manager will support the sales team with all aspects of the sales life-cycle from campaign start to finish. The right individual will be a key contributor to the New York Post's sales organization and responsible for building media plans and implementing, maintaining and optimizing these campaigns. This position involves marketing/brainstorming, sales planning, client support, campaign management and reporting.
Responsibilities:
  • Understand site ad functionality, including knowledge of all ad products available on our site
  • Brainstorm with internal teams to respond to all RFPs by creating media plans that meet client objectives
  • Pull accurate inventory forecasts using tools such as Google Ad Manager Forecast Tool and Placements.IO
  • Implementation and management of online advertising campaigns via ad server Google Ad Manager
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and fulfillment of IOs
  • Provide proof of implementation reports and screenshots Identify, analyze and problem-solve any campaign issues, including trafficking, tracking, delivery, or invoicing.
  • Monitor delivery of campaign from beginning to end and optimizing as needed
  • Coordinate with relevant internal departments on all levels of campaign execution
  • Create post-campaign recaps to renew/upsell deals
  • Ensure a high level of customer service with all clients/agencies.

Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in digital account management and/or campaign management
  • Degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Be comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Have excellent client service and written/verbal communication skills
  • Have the ability to work independently and be a team player
  • Be extremely proactive, self-sufficient and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied tasks in a timely manner
  • Enjoy working independently and in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge across departments
  • Be eager to learn multiple aspects of the digital media landscape
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager a plus
  • Experience/familiarity with Placements.IO a plus

Note: This position will be expected to report on-site 3 days per week in our Midtown office (subject to change based on business needs).

Base Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 + Bonus
