Job Description Summary
The Advanced Asset Management Program (AAMP) Manager leads a comprehensive asset management program delivering strategic value to healthcare clients. This role plays a critical part in enabling improved device availability, operational performance, and care delivery capacity across health systems.
This role serves as the primary program owner within the fleet management practice, overseeing Asset Management Leaders (AMLs), driving tool development and enhancement, supporting commercial activities, and ensuring consistent program delivery across health systems.
The Manager also brings subject matter expertise across asset optimization, inclusive of fleet management and PCS (patient monitoring and medical device solutions, including bedside and connected care equipment) program initiatives to support solution development and client engagements.
Serving as the central hub for program knowledge, this role drives training, standardization, and continuous improvement across the program. This role may also drive direct continuous improvement and change management initiatives with customers.

Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Talent & Asset Management Leader Support:
  • Coordinate with local leadership to support AML hiring, onboarding, and training.
  • Conduct monthly touchpoints, facilitate Lunch & Learn sessions, and provide PACE performance support (goal setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews).

Client Delivery:
  • Oversee program launches using established templates and project plans.
  • Support AML and client introductions, facilitate Value Measure Process setup for contracts with financial commitments, and participate in client reviews and corporate QBRs.
  • Oversees customer performance tracking and drives change management/continuous improvements projects as required for customers.

Program Management:
  • Drive program governance, performance tracking, and continuous improvement (inclusive of change management).
  • Track program value, milestones, AML activity, and RFP support metrics.
  • Maintain AAMP Teams Channel with SOPs, playbooks, and templates.

Tool Development & Analytics:
  • Lead the design and evolution of analytic tools across Development and Production environments including: EOSL Prioritization Tool, Inventory Dashboard, Biomedical Device Benchmarking, Workflow and Utilization measurement.
  • Create and maintain Smartsheet project plans and workstream documentation.

Commercial Support:
  • Assess and qualify new opportunities to support both AAMP program growth and broader PCS equipment initiatives.
  • Support and shape RFP responses and solution development.
  • Deliver commercial training to Sales Directors, Care Alliance teams, and HSAMs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) influencing solution design and deal strategy.
  • Participate in contract reviews to ensure alignment with scope and value.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years in healthcare asset management or program management
  • Experience with LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement
  • Strong cross-functional team management and communication skills
  • Ability to create SOPs, playbooks, and standardized documentation
  • Willingness to travel (~25%)
  • Executive level presence

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:
  • Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related)
  • Experience with biomedical equipment and EOSL lifecycle management
  • Understanding of PCS / medical device environments, including device availability, distribution, and clinical workflow considerations
  • Prior experience in training program development and delivery
  • Familiarity with healthcare RFP processes and commercial contracting
  • Experience with inventory management systems (Nuvolo, Encompass)
  • Ability to connect data, operations, and asset strategy to drive measurable performance outcomes
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and advanced Excel

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
