Compressed Air and Dryer Maintenance Technologist

Imagine rolling up to a plant in Northern Ohio as production ramps up. A compressor is running hot, a desiccant dryer needs attention, and a new unit is ready to be piped in. You assess, prioritize, and get to work—restoring reliability and helping a customer hit their targets. Your mission
  • Keep multi-brand industrial air compressors operating safely through expert field service.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair refrigerated and desiccant dryers to protect air quality.
  • Install new equipment and complete plant air piping to spec and code.
  • Interpret electrical schematics to isolate faults and perform lasting control repairs.
  • Partner with customers to plan PMs and recommend reliability improvements.
Capabilities we’re looking for
  • 3–5 years working on industrial compressors or similar industrial machinery.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and repair of electrical control systems.
  • Valid refrigeration recovery certification.
  • Foundational knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
  • Personal toolkit and electrical meters appropriate for field diagnostics.
  • Professional demeanor and a strong customer-service mindset.
  • Comfort with regional travel and occasional evening/weekend assignments.
