Responsibilities:
  • Greets and engages with all Community visitors, ensuring a warm and inviting first impression and experience
  • Manages incoming calls, providing assistance and directing inquiries to the appropriate resident or team member with professionalism and courtesy
  • Performs various administrative tasks, such as sorting mail, maintaining sign-in documentation, and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
