The Opportunity

We're searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Roswell, GA. You'll be at the heart of our customer communications and marketing efforts-both online and offline-helping us connect, inspire, and grow our advisor network. You'll report to our Network Marketing Manager and collaborate with talented teammates across departments.

What You'll Do
  • Execute and support marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, direct mail, and print channels
  • Coordinate and schedule customer communications, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery
  • Assist with content creation and design using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Build and track campaigns in HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Prepare presentations and reports in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Manage marketing projects and timelines using Microsoft Planner
  • Support the development of marketing materials, from copywriting to layout and production
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm, plan, and execute new marketing initiatives
  • Help maintain our brand voice across all touchpoints

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or agency environment (internships count!)
  • Demonstrable expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Planner for project management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
