Our client, a mid-sized contract manufacturer with DoD and medical device contracts, is seeking a full-timeAccount Manager(onsite in Maine) to
manage key customer accounts and drive long-term partnerships. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service while identifying opportunities for growth across electronics-based product development and manufacturing programs.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of account management experience (electronics or manufacturing preferred)
  • Proven ability to grow and retain customer relationships
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business concepts
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, program management, and operations teams
  • Strong negotiation, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field

What You'll Do in this Role:

  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction
  • Partner with customers to understand needs, manage expectations, and identify growth opportunities
  • Develop quotes, support ongoing programs, and coordinate schedules
  • Collaborate with Program Managers to support new product development and design transfer projects
  • Work with Business Development to win new business and expand existing accounts
  • Monitor account performance, margins, and overall program success
  • Mentor junior Account Managers and contribute to team success
