What You Will Do

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise and support housekeeping team members during daily operations
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are met
  • Assist with training, coaching, and developing housekeeping staff
  • Coordinate room assignments and daily work schedules
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
  • Address guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping procedures

This is a physically active role. Candidates must be able to:

  • Perform repetitive motions including bending, reaching, twisting, kneeling, and stooping
  • Safely work with cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment
  • Maintain stamina, attention to detail, and productivity throughout the shift
