Job description

Client: Fortune 500 Title: Production Associate Location: Stanley, VA Duration: 06 Months (Extension Possible) Schedule: Mon โ€“ Thu; 03:00 PM โ€“ 01:30 AM EST Pay Rate: $19/hr on W2 Responsibilities: ยท Perform visual quality inspections on doors and identify defects. ยท Repair doors using tools such as glue guns, palm sanders, sanding blocks, putty knives, clamps, chisels, and touch-up paint. ยท Stack, move, and organize materials on conveyors and production lines.

ยท Operate jump tracks and assist with door production processes. ยท Read and interpret work tickets and product specifications. ยท Maintain quality standards while minimizing production defects.

ยท Communicate issues with upstream and downstream teams for quick resolution. Qualifications: ยท Experience in production, assembly, construction, landscaping, or general labor preferred. ยท Ability to use hand tools and perform basic repair work.

ยท Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ยท Ability to lift, slide, and flip materials up to 80 lbs. ยท Comfortable standing for extended periods, bending, twisting, and working in dusty/noisy conditions.
