Preferred Qualifications:
โ€ข High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
โ€ข Previous coaching or competitive football experience required; head coaching experience preferred.
โ€ข Must meet VHSL coaching requirements (which may include CPR/First Aid, Concussion Training, and Coaches Education Courses).
โ€ข Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
โ€ข Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
โ€ข Knowledge of football rules, techniques, and strategies.
โ€ข Must pass background checks required by the school division.
