The Administrative Assistant serves as the backbone of our daily office operations, providing comprehensive clerical and administrative support to ensure the team functions smoothly. This role is responsible for managing communications, organizing records, and executing daily tasks that keep our workplace efficient, organized, and welcoming
Key Responsibilities
  • Data & Documentation: Assist with data entry, maintain electronic and physical filing systems, and help prepare basic documents, spreadsheets, or presentations.
  • Office Coordination: Manage daily office operations, including handling incoming mail/packages, ordering office supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
  • Communication Support: Answer and direct phone calls, monitor general email inboxes, and greet clients or visitors with a professional demeanor.
  • Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and arrange occasional travel or catering for the team.
  • Data & Documentation: Assist with data entry, maintain electronic and physical filing systems, and help prepare basic documents, spreadsheets, or presentations.
  • Team Assistance: Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks, projects, or event planning as needed.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support or customer-facing role (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate).
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
  • Organization: Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle interruptions gracefully.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliability: High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
