This position is for one of the leading roles in the Capital Markets Group and will report to the Assistant Treasurer for Capital Markets, FX and Investments.

As a Sr Manager, Treasury Capital Markets, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage Intel's $50B debt portfolio, related asset liability management program, shareholder distribution programs, $10B revolving credit facilities, credit rating agencies, tax credit deals, various structured finance opportunities and more.
  • A critical aspect of the position is responsibility for capital structure planning and allocation, creating Board presentations, and helping drive other Treasurer and CFO driven initiatives.
  • This position will also involve frequent communication with Intel's banking partners and other internal organizations.
  • This role also maintains close collaboration and partnership with the legal, tax and accounting teams to ensure regulatory compliance, control, and accurate financial reporting.
  • The Capital Markets group at Intel provides a unique opportunity to be highly engaged with the Treasurer, CFO and Board of Directors, while frequently working on the execution of transactions. The exposure and experience gained in this highly active group is second to none.

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related equivalent
  • 5+ years relevant capital markets and related experience

  • MBA and/or CFA
  • Direct capital markets experience in large cap multi-national corporation or investment banking
