Requirements:

The General Service, โ€œGSโ€ personnel report to the management staff and are responsible for shop image, customer service, quality control checks, oil changes, vehicle inspections, and light maintenance repairs which are supervised by a technician. The GS maintains the cleanliness of the facility as defined in the Employee Handbook. The GS assists with customer service by transporting customers to and from the facility, road testing customer vehicles, and performing quality control procedures. The GS assists the management team with meeting and greeting the customer and answering the phone, if needed. The GS may also make bank deposits at the designated bank facility as directed by the management staff. The GS picks up parts and returns parts and cores to vendors and dealerships. The GS maintains the company vehicles and immediately informs the management staff of any safety concerns or issues.

  • Perform oil changes in a timely manner (30 minutes on most vehicles)
  • Minor maintenance repairs
  • Rack Vehicles securely
  • Ability to find work when not busy

  • Parts pick up and return
  • Upkeep of maintenance (includes cleaning interior and exterior)
  • Shop upkeep
  • Cleaning the shop. Includes sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, etc.
