The Impact You Will Make

The Financial Analyst role will be responsible for the preparation of reporting materials and maintenance of reporting systems. This role will have a unique career development opportunity as a member of the FP&A team working on global reporting across all business areas and functions such as SG&A and Manufacturing.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide FP&A support to global executive leaders. Drive project prioritization, headcount resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Develop reporting through existing tools and implementation of new reporting technology and improved automation. Design, implementation and system maintenance of performance management tools
  • Provide insight and execute global SG&A allocation.
  • Ongoing support of corporate initiatives to enhance FP&A capabilities
  • Preparation of reporting packages for internal and external users
  • Articulate results, influence business decisions, and collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, plan, and prior-year expenses, proactively propose opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with leaders to develop business intelligence that will enhance financial reporting and drive change
  • Assist in the preparation of forecast & the annual operating plan models
  • Cross functional partnership with global teams
  • Assure full compliance with U.S. GAAP and financial standards

Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant experience, preferably in a financial reporting and considerable systems knowledge
  • PowerBi experience preferred
  • ERP experience essential; CPM experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Sound analytical skills, good planning/organization skills, attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify problems and find solutions
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships with colleagues across differing functions
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in accounting and/or finance
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in financial statement analysis and presentation
  • University degree or equivalent higher education qualification
