Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:
You will be working in our brand-new Recovery Studio, introducing people to the benefits of Infrared Sauna, Cryo Therapy, and Compression Therapy.
Must provide world-class customer service and a positive first impression while greeting people in-person and on the phone. Present Recovery benefits and membership options, sell memberships, book appointments, clean equipment between sessions, and maintain recovery equipment. Display knowledge in all recovery options including, but not limited to, Infrared Sauna, CryoLounge, and Compression.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with:
  • All club Team Members
  • General Manager/ Operations Manager/ Member Experience Manager
  • Company vendors and contractors

The below sets out general roles and responsibilities. These include, but are not limited to the following:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Cleaning and maintaining all Recovery equipment and areas including, but not limited to, Infrared Saunas (room and unit), CryoLoungers and Compression Sleeves
  • Ensuring equipment is charged at all times
  • Processing agreements, scheduling sessions, and payment processing
  • Upkeep of chilled lavender towels and large sauna towels
  • Effective communication with team members
  • Maintaining inventory of all recovery supplies
  • Maintaining a Feng Shui environment
  • Making sure the cleanliness inspections are done 3x daily
  • All member and non-member inquiries are handled in line with our standard operating procedures
  • Learn all functions and benefits of recovery equipment and teach additional team members how to use and store the equipment
  • Maintain and keep all equipment in like new condition
  • Instructing and inspecting staff on cleaning and troubleshooting all equipment
  • Greeting members with a warm smile and by name
  • Greeting all guests with a warm smile and following the guest policy
  • Keeps informed of all policies, procedures, and programs
  • Answering phones with proper greetings and taking appropriate messages
  • Following the company's Telephone Inquiry procedure
  • Washing and handing out towels
  • Collecting balances on past-due accounts
  • Maintaining a tidy service desk
