Job description

Location: Fairfield County, CT
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 base
Benefits: Performance-based bonus potential, PTO; local candidates only.
Classic American Diner seeks a Restaurant Manager to support high-volume operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications:
  • Willing to complete paid 8-week FOH and BOH cross-training.
  • Positive, people-focused, and detail-oriented hospitality mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and team-first leadership approach.
  • Restaurant leadership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete cross-training across service, support, expo, ordering, prep, and line operations.
  • Support daily shifts by coaching teams and maintaining operational standards.
  • Assist with inventory ordering, prep processes, production, and checklists.
  • Help drive performance through organization, consistency, and attention to detail.
