Nursie Cosmetics is seeking a high-level Medical Spa Lash Technician to provide premium lash and eye-area aesthetic services in our upscale clinical environment. This role blends advanced beauty services with medical-grade safety, skin science, and patient-focused care.

You will not be just doing lashes.You will be enhancing the eye area as part of full-face aesthetic transformations alongside nurse injectors, laser specialists, and advanced skin care professionals.

This is a career role with growth, commissions, and brand elevationnot a side hustle chair rental.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT FROM A SALON

You will work inside a medical spa environment and understand:

  • Skin sensitivity after peels, lasers, and injectable treatments.
  • Proper sanitation and infection control.
  • How lash services pair with med-spa treatments and additional enhancements for confidence enhancements.
  • How to protect lashes around medical aesthetic procedures.
  • How to identify contraindications for clients who can receive lashes or brow treatments.


You will be expected to operate with medical-grade professionalism.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform high-quality lash and brow services with excellent retention and aesthetics.
  • Consult patients on lash health, brow safety, eye safety, and best service options.
  • Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Prevent infections and complications post treatment in facility.
  • Book and document services in our medical spa systems.
  • Upsell growth serums, aftercare, facials, advanced skin care services, and membership packages.
  • Work closely with injectors and medical aestheticians to create full-face treatment plans for beauty enhancements.
  • Represent the Nursie Cosmetics luxury brand with professionalism and confidence as a contracted employee.
  • Build and assist with establishing clientele to perform services for treatments.
  • Participate and create content to market services on social media platforms.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist License in (Nevada)
  • Certified and experienced in lash extensions and lash lifts
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on lash experience.
  • Strong eye for symmetry, detail, and beauty.
  • Professional, punctual, and client-focused.
  • Willing to train in medical-spa standards and protocols.
  • Comfortable with being on camera and content creation for social media.
