Xchange Logistics Corporation is a growing freight forwarding company that provides an array of transportation and logistics solutions to customers worldwide. Our HQ is based in West Covina, California.
Working Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
This position requires you to work on-site.

We are looking for an Operations Agent who will handle both ocean import and ocean export activities to ensure smooth and timely movement of cargo.
Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
  • Booking space with carriers
  • Arranging for Cargo pickup
  • Dispatching Truckers
  • Tracking shipments and providing status reports to clients
  • Preparing and processing export declarations, bills of lading, and shipping documents
  • communicating with customers, shippers, and other partners to ensure smooth transportation
  • Ensuring compliance with infernal policies, government regulations, and customer requirements
  • Providing status updates to customers via Wechat/emails

Qualifications:
  • Prefer 1-3 years of experience working with ocean imports and exports
  • Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese is required
