The Role
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our growing Events team. Working directly under the Event Manager, this hands-on role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events that reflect our company's mission and values - particularly as we expand our Ag Tourism presence in Kamas.
The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and enjoys being on the ground making events come to life.
What You'll Do
  • Assist with planning, setup, execution, and teardown of on-site and off-site events
  • Maintain organization of storage spaces and inventory of event supplies, decor, and equipment
  • Serve as on-the-ground support during events to ensure smooth operations and a top-tier guest experience
  • Maintain event calendars, task lists, and documentation to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Prepare briefing material for roles and staffing schedules for event days
  • Help standardize and maintain internal event processes and best practices
  • Provide post-event feedback and recaps
  • Support vendor sourcing and communication to confirm logistics, timelines, and on-site needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, retail, etc.) to ensure alignment and clarity around event timelines and needs
  • Support the procurement of event materials, including researching, ordering, and tracking purchases
  • Assist in collecting and organizing receipts and invoices for budget tracking and cost management

What You'll Need
  • 2-4 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or related field
  • Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and flexible hours as needed
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry event materials (up to 40 lbs) and be physically active during event setup/teardown
  • Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with project management tools (Asana, Canva) is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

About the Opportunity
  • This is a full-time, in-office position with hours on weekends, evenings and some holidays. Our offices are located in Midway and Kamas, UT
