Position Type: Evening Kitchen Leader (40+ hours/week)

Shift Expectations:

  • Monday-Saturday
  • Required availability of 2:00pm - Close (10:30pm-11:00pm)

Requirements:

Basic:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Fluent in English

• Be able to stand/walk up to 100 feet at a time, over a period of four hours without a break

• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds without restrictions

• Be able to work with basic restaurant cleaning chemicals and tools with no restrictions or allergies

• Be able to easily move through various Back of House positions

• Be able to handle a fast-paced and quickly-changing work environment

• Be able to complete closing tasks to prepare for next-day operations

Specific to Position:

  • Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ensure excellence in food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Clearly and consistently communicate updates with Front of House leadership as needed
  • Oversee and prepare food for evening catering orders

Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience and mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Gain knowledge of entire menu to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Consistency and reliability
  • Cheerful and positive attitude
