What you'll do:
  • Own pricing and risk strategy for our fantasy markets, balancing competitiveness and profitability.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of pricing analysts and data scientists.
  • Oversee development and deployment of pricing models across major sports and esports (NBA, NFL, CS2, etc).
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and BizOps to launch and optimize pricing initiatives.
  • Guide experimentation around payout structures, hold targets, and win rate optimization to drive engagement and margin.
  • Maintain and evolve frameworks for pricing accuracy, risk exposure monitoring, and market health.
  • Ensure data integrity and modeling quality across all pricing efforts.

What you have:
  • 5+ years of experience in sports betting, fantasy, or related gaming industries, ideally with exposure to pricing, trading, or risk management.
  • Strong technical foundation in data science, statistics, or software engineering.
  • Demonstrated management experience - leading, mentoring, and scaling high-output teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python or R; experience with simulation-based modeling and statistical optimization techniques.
  • Deep understanding of how sports and/or esports markets are structured and modeled.
  • Proven track record of driving complex projects from ideation through launch in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator who thrives at the intersection of data, product, and operations.
