Job Title: Relocation Coordinator - Part-time
Department: Move Management
Reports To: General Manager
Location: Fully Remote

Paramount Transportation Systems โ€“ Washington is currently recruiting a part-time Relocation Coordinator to work remotely. The Relocation Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for our customers, including the relocating employee and their family members. In this role, you will be responsible for successfully managing and coordinating all relocation services from initiation through completion.

This is a key position within the Paramount Washington team. The primary objective is to deliver outstanding customer service to each and every customer, as this is at the core of what we do.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Service Orders โ€“ Receive and review all new service orders
  • Initial Contact โ€“ Establish contact with the relocating employee
  • Needs Assessment (NA) โ€“ Conduct a service needs assessment and introduce available services
  • Schedule Services โ€“ Coordinate services with the Destination Service Consultant (DSC)
  • Service Oversight โ€“ Follow up with the relocating employee and DSC to ensure services are progressing smoothly
  • Billing โ€“ Enter billing details accurately and in a timely manner
  • PTS Moves Portal โ€“ Enter and maintain all relevant details in the online portal from order receipt through service completion
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service at all times
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Experience in international household goods relocation preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and customer service databases
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate mathematical skills, including use of calculators, currency conversions, and weight/volume calculations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred

Compensation

$22.00 per hour
