Product Manager

Odevo

Miami, FL

Full-time

Posted 11 days ago

Job description

We are on a mission to become the leading international force in residential property management. What we do matters to billions of people in their everyday lives.

Residential real estate is the world’s largest asset class, and for most families, buying a home is the single biggest financial decision they will ever make. For too long, residential property management has fallen short of homeowners' and residents' expectations, and the industry is ready for change. Odevo was formed to make that change happen.

In just six years, Odevo has grown more than 70-fold, establishing us as the leading international player. We are more than 12,000 people across the US, the UK, the Nordics, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, and Italy building Odevo. Together, we aspire to break new ground through innovation and cultivate a workplace where we help each other succeed, where ideas matter more than titles, and where kindness is a strength.

By combining the power of people and technology, we set a new standard for how homes are managed. Our technology-enabled services simplify living for residents and create a better experience for property owners and boards.

Our ambition is to continue our fast-growing journey through new customers, service expansion, and by partnering with great companies that share our mindset and ambition, both in existing and new markets.

As we continue to grow, we stay true to who we are, challenge unnecessary bureaucracy, and keep decision-making close to our customers.

If you share our mindset and ambition, we’d love you to join us and help accelerate our mission together.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing US Product team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping a suite of products for the US market. You will also work closely with our operating companies, customers, and technology partners to drive product strategy to deliver business and customer impact.

You will serve as the primary US-based Product Manager for Odevo-owned products, managing relationships with our US operating companies and contributing to overall product strategy. A key part of this role is developing a firsthand understanding of how each operating company serves homeowner and condo association customers, including their workflows, systems, and friction points, and translating those insights into clear roadmap inputs that shape priorities across our product teams.

You will work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners in both the US and Sweden, where our core development teams are based. Effective collaboration with the Stockholm-based Product Managers, who drive the day-to-day work of these teams, will be essential for smooth roadmap execution.

You will also build deep expertise in the property management landscape: core service delivery, property-related financial services, building management solutions, and emerging AI applications. This knowledge will position you to make strong strategic product recommendations, partnering across the Product team and combining proprietary and third-party solutions where needed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key US-based Product Manager for Odevo-owned products

  • Contribute to overall product strategy and drive digital transformation in property management

  • Partner with Product Managers/Owners to shape and prioritize roadmaps, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform evolution

  • Stay sharp on customer needs, industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape to inform roadmap priorities

  • Lead product positioning and integration into our operating companies' value propositions

  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure product outcomes translate into business impact and scalable operations

  • Drive product launches and adoption in partnership with our implementation team, maintaining effective feedback loops

  • Lead outcome-focused discovery and research to validate problems, test solutions, and feed findings into prioritization

  • Maintain clear visibility of ongoing and planned work across product domains for stakeholders and senior leadership

What We Are Looking For
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to engage and influence at all levels

  • A natural communicator and relationship builder, comfortable working across diverse teams and functions

  • Skilled at prioritizing across multiple initiatives without losing attention to detail

  • Comfortable with ambiguity; able to distill complex challenges into clear, actionable priorities

  • Fluent with agentic AI as a day-to-day working tool, and able to apply this lens to product strategy and roadmap decisions

  • Strong product discovery, research, and delivery skills

  • Hands-on product ownership experience, including leading a development team's day-to-day work

Relevant Experience
  • 10+ years in Product Management or a similar product leadership role

  • 10+ years working in agile/scrum environments across scaling, multi-team organizations

  • Experience in PropTech or service industry product development is a plus

  • Master's degree in a relevant field preferred

Location

The ideal candidate is based in Florida, though remote candidates will be considered. Travel to our US operating companies is required.
