Job description

The System Integration & Network Test Lead supports the integration, validation, and coordination of Vehicle Entry & Authorization Systems across system, software, and network interfaces. This role serves as a key technical coordination point between development, integration, and testing activities, ensuring system functionality, communication integrity, and alignment across internal teams and customer requirements. The position combines hands-on system integration support with coordination of network validation and issue resolution activities. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with engineering teams and customers while contributing to the quality and transparency of advanced automotive development projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate system integration and network validation activities across development programs
  • Support integration of system, software, and communication interfaces within vehicle environments
  • Coordinate and support CAN, BLE and UWB and related network test activities on bench and vehicle level
  • Work with system, software, hardware, and test teams to support issue analysis and resolution
  • Matching pair to customer test lead
  • Track integration and validation status, risks, and open issues
  • Support development and execution of integration and system network validation plans
  • Facilitate technical discussions with internal teams and customers
  • Support tracking, reporting, and escalation activities
  • Contribute to test automation, process improvements, and validation efficiency
  • Maintain documentation and traceability for integration and validation activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field preferred
  • Experience with automotive system integration and validation activities
  • Proficient with vehicle communication protocols such as CAN and LIN
  • Familiarity with wireless communication such as BLE and UWB
  • Experience with system-level testing and issue analysis
  • Strong technical coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines
  • Experience with automotive development tools and processes preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting system network or software testing activities
  • Familiarity with defect tracking workflows and reporting metrics
  • Exposure to automotive development processes is a plus

 Travel:

  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as needed (~15%).
