Job description

Position Summary

The Production Associate I is an entry-level position responsible for supporting daily manufacturing and production operations. This role involves assisting with production line activities, packaging finished products, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced setting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Load empty bottles and containers onto production equipment.
  • Apply labels, caps, seals, and other packaging materials to products.
  • Assist with pre-assembly tasks and fill line operations.
  • Pack filled containers into boxes and stack finished products onto pallets.
  • Wrap and shrink-wrap pallets for shipment preparation.
  • Attach identification labels, including lot and batch numbers, to finished products.
  • Set up, clean, and maintain fill line equipment and work areas.
  • Change batch numbers on printers as needed.
  • Read and follow Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and safety procedures.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met during filling and packaging.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the production area.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and GMP/safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Previous production or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required.

Work Environment

  • Manufacturing and production facility environment.
  • May require standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements throughout the shift.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.

Schedule

Full-time opportunities available. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.
