Perkins Coie LLP, a leading international law firm, is seeking a junior real estate associate to join our Real Estate & Land Use practice group at a pivotal moment within the firm. As an Am Law 50 firm handling sophisticated matters at the local, national, and increasingly global level, this is an exciting opportunity to join a practice and the firm at the leading edge of the market. This position is open in the Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle, and Bellevue offices.
Our Real Estate & Land Use practice represents national and global clients in complex acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction and development, real estate finance, and portfolio management across a wide range of asset classes. Our work focuses on core and emerging assets such as: office, industrial, retail, hospitality, real estate finance, CMBS work outs, development work for mixed-use and emerging asset types (including an active and growing data center practice encompassing colocation transactions, hyperscaler leasing, and powered land acquisitions), as well as work on large, multi-site portfolios for some of the world's most well-known corporate and technology companies. We routinely work across offices and collaborate with colleagues nationwide to deliver coordinated, practical solutions at scale.
A minimum of one year of transactional real estate experience is required.
