Job description

The Program Management / Admin I role provides foundational administrative support in a NAVSEA Program Office Support role. This position assists with day-to-day service coordination, records handling, and operational support activities that keep program teams running effectively. This position is contingent upon award. Award is expected in 3-6 months.
Requirements
- Entry-level experience in administrative, operations, or business support functions.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and customer-service mindset.
- Ability to learn structured processes and work collaboratively in team environments.
- Associate degree in any field.
- 2+ years of general experience in management or enterprise operations.
- Ability to support administrative service functions and process execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Active DoD Secret clearance (or clearable to that level) required due to support for classified programs and facilities.
