Call Center Sales Agent - Entry Level

Salary Range

Salary: $32,500 to $37,500 Annual Salary Plus Commission
Salary Plus 12% Commission on Gross Profit
Expected 1st year income to be estimated at $45,000 plus

If you're engaging on the phone, charismatic, a go-getter and are ready to build a rewarding sales career, we can give you the tools to make it happen! As a Call Center Representative, you must be highly motivated and competitive, with a strong work ethic and exceptional communication skills.
You'll be trained in the industry of Freight Logistics / Transportation, as well as the basic concept of sales, in order to effectively convey information verbally, enhancing your negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Location: 6030 Bowdendale Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32216
Full Time Schedule: 40 hrs/wk during hours of operation (Mon-Fri, 7:50AM-6PM Eastern Time)
What you'll do:

  • Make 150 to 200 outbound calls to businesses using our CRM
  • Qualify Businesses to confirm requirements are met for shipping
  • Generate rate quotes while educating businesses about our freight services
  • Meet individual and team sales goals
  • Follow phone scripting to ensure compliance
  • Record responses and call outcomes in our CRM
