The Human Resources Assistant supports the daily functions of the HR Department and helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This role assists with onboarding new hires, creating employee records and system access, coordinating training, maintaining files, supporting managers with administrative projects, ordering supplies and uniforms, assisting with employee communication, and helping with a variety of HR initiatives throughout the year. The position works closely with leadership and reports directly to the Human Resources Director.
We're looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Basic Microsoft Office and Excel skills are required, along with strong communication and organizational abilities. Previous office or HR experience is a plus.
