Job description

A busy and growing manufacturing facility in the St. Charles area is looking for dependable Night Shift Construction Laborers and Welders to join the team. This is a great opportunity to get into a steady role with overtime potential and long-term growth.

Shift:
Night Shift (4x10 schedule – enjoy 3 days off each week)

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with building and assembling large industrial components
  • Perform general construction labor including material handling and prep work
  • Support welding and fabrication tasks (MIG experience is a plus)
  • Operate basic hand and power tools
  • Help maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Construction, labor, or welding experience preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial setting
  • Ability to lift, move, and work on your feet throughout the shift
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Welding experience (MIG) is a big plus but not required for all roles
