Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our production team as an Entry-Level Machine Operator, specializing in Folder Operations. No prior experience with folding machinery is required—we are fully committed to training the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and an interest in mechanical production.

We have openings on 1st and 2nd shift!

In this role, you will learn to set up, operate, and maintain equipment that folds paper or materials according to specific project blueprints. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in manufacturing with a company that values hands-on development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Learning & Setup: Work alongside experienced operators to learn how to set up folding machines based on job specifications.
  • Production Oversight: Monitor the machine during operation to ensure it is running smoothly and producing high-quality finished products.
  • Quality Control: Perform regular checks to ensure folds are precise and meet the standards required for the project.
  • Material Handling: Load raw materials into the machine and neatly stack/package finished goods.
  • Basic Maintenance: Assist with routine cleaning and minor troubleshooting of the equipment to prevent downtime.
  • Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
