No experience is required, just we'll train you and help you build a rewarding career in the plastics industry!


Position Overview

As a Machine Operator, you'll work in a fast-paced production environment, operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts for a variety of industries. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for advancement into technical, quality, or engineering positions.


Shifts Available

  • Night Shift: 7:30pm – 7:45am (12-hour rotating schedule)
  • Includes scheduled weekends and overtime opportunities.
  • This role requires consistent, reliable attendance due to our team-based production environment.

What You'll Do

  • Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently
  • Inspect and package plastic parts

  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance


Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to stand/walk up to 12 hours and lift up to 30lbs
  • Comfortable working a 12-hour rotating schedule
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented and willing to learn
  • Willing to learn and grow
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required!
