Entry-Level Sales Representative (Account Manager – AV Industry)

We’re looking for a motivated, high-energy individual who wants to break into sales and build a long-term career. This is an entry-level Account Manager role within the Audio Visual (AV) space — no prior AV experience required.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is competitive, driven, and eager to learn. You’ll receive training on the technical side of AV, but success in this role comes down to your ability to communicate, build relationships, and close new business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing
  • Learn and confidently sell AV solutions (hardware, software, and services)
  • Create proposals, quotes, and client presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain consistent pipeline activity and follow-up
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events

This is a Contract position based out of Hartford, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
