Executive Assistant

Responsibilities Universal Health Services (UHS) is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to regional and corporate executives. This key role serves as a trusted partner to leadership by managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling confidential information, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of executive offices. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional communication and organizational skills, and is committed to supporting organizational excellence. Performs essential clerical duties. Attend and facilitate departmental and clinical meetings. Maintain files, manage contracts and communicate important messages on behalf of the executive team.
