Job description

Want to join a top 10 Microsoft Security partner? Invoke, a 100% Microsoft-focused partner, is seeking an experienced endpoint management Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to primarily focus on Microsoft Intune, Windows 365, Azure Management, Azure Arc, Azure Virtual Desktop, and the underlying technologies necessary for modern endpoint management implementations. This position presents the opportunity for growth with increasing responsibilities, which may include setting direction and driving business around endpoint management across multiple operating systems to securely manage and provision desktops, mobile devices, servers, and virtual desktops.
Responsibilities
Working on some of the largest and leading-edge engagements; the role of the Microsoft endpoint management Cloud Solution Architect is to be customer-facing and to play an active role in modernizing customers’ journey to embracing cloud-native endpoint management. Which includes:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft solutions that provide secure endpoint management capabilities that are tailored to customers' business needs, to include Intune, both Windows and mobile devices (Apple & Android), Azure Arc, and virtual desktops (Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Machine), and Microsoft Intune Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide strategic guidance on Microsoft endpoint management strategies and direction.
  • Customize and optimize existing customer’s environments to take advantage of Cloud-Native endpoint management capabilities.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft endpoint management technologies and related integrations, addressing customer-facing challenges effectively.
  • Provide technical leadership to include product development, community involvement, and technical oversight of engagements.
  • Effectively address customer blockers for endpoint management, including governance, compliance, endpoint lifecycle management, and identity management.
  • Lead pre-sales scoping efforts to create and deliver Statements of Work for prospective customers.
  • Collaborate in an innovative work environment – knowledge sharing and learning from others.
  • Through Product Management and Service Delivery leadership collaboration, create and deliver effective service delivery offerings to assist customers in enhancing their endpoint management capabilities.

The role will involve delivering throughout the customer engagement lifecycle and we expect confidence with performing discovery, analysis, design, and implementation of solutions. In addition, confidence in meeting with customers and leading workshops will be necessary for success.
General Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT professional services delivery.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architect for Microsoft endpoint management solutions service delivery.
  • Highly motivated individual who exercises diligence in their work and an attitude of willingness to be successful.
  • Relationship building abilities.
  • Demonstrate confident presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously or with a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with proficiency in all relevant Microsoft endpoint management and endpoint security solutions.

Role Specific Requirements:

  • Proven design, planning and implementation experience with the Microsoft Intune Family of solutions and (Intune, Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop)
  • Experience in working with implementing Microsoft Intune and migrating Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to cloud-native endpoint management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly AAD) Conditional Access solution, integrations, and deployment options
  • Experience working with customer Productivity and Security teams to help provide guidance in moving to cloud-based management.
  • Experience working with customers in adopting new technologies to include Organizational Change Management by developing end-user, help desk, and stakeholder communications.
  • Experience working with Microsoft’s scripting (PowerShell) to extend and customize capabilities.

Role Specific Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in design and implementation of Azure Management and Azure Arc for cloud-native server management.
  • Experience in design and implementation of Microsoft Defender XDR
  • Experience in prompt engineering strategies and logical approach is preferred.
  • Experience with Security Copilot or Security Copilot Intune embedded experience

  • Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator (Exam MD-102)

Preferred Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (Exam SC-300)
  • Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (Exam SC-200)
