Weโre hiring a Medical Assistant who wants more than just rooming patientsโyouโll gain hands-on experience assisting with in-office procedures, X-rays, and patient care in a fast-paced podiatry clinic.

What Youโll Do
- Welcome, room, and prepare patients for exams and in-office procedures
- Take vitals, update medical histories, record medications/allergies, and document in the EMR
- Assist physicians with minor procedures, post-op care, digital X-rays, and basic podiatric services (nail care, callus removal, diabetic shoe fitting)
- Apply dressings, DME, and provide patient instructions and education
- Make post-operative phone calls, answer patient questions, and provide excellent customer service
- Help maintain clean, stocked, and organized exam rooms
What Weโre Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program OR 1+ year of clinical experience
- CMA or RMA certification preferred
- Experience with medical terminology and insurance processes (preferred)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented, professional, and patient-focused
- Ability to travel between local office locations, as needed
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
