***Floral Experience Required***
DESCRIPTION
  • Follow the Lead Designer's instructions and style as best to your ability.
  • Recreating the designs presented on our website for online orders.
  • Creating from scratch 'Designer Choice' arrangements based on the style that the customer requests.
  • Creating Wedding arrangements, bouquets, boutonnieres, Wrist Corsages, Floral Arches, and Sweetheart Tables.
  • Attending to Weddings / Events which may fall on Weekends or Holidays
  • Process flowers and foliage for storage.
  • In addition to your design skills, you will be responsible for assisting with daily operations such as driving sales, taking orders over the phone/email, processing online orders, responding back to emails, helping walk-in clients, etc.
  • Informs customers about the care, maintenance, and handling of floral arrangements.
  • Confers with clients regarding price, type of arrangement, and the date, time, and place of delivery.

  • Job Requirements:
    • Minimum of 2 years of active experience in floral design is required
    • Must have and be able to present a portfolio of previous work
    • Education: High school degree or equivalent
    • Comfortability in driving large vans / trucks in case we need another driver for an event.
    • You must be able to work well under pressure, be adaptable to different situations, multitask, and possess strong customer service skills
    • Must be familiar with different flower and plants names
    • Ability to answer the phone and take orders in a professional manner.
