About the Role

We're looking for a collaborative and strategic thinker to join our team as Digital Product Manager, New Product Introduction. In this role, you will own the digital product roadmap and execution of prioritized digital solutions. You will bridge the gap between customer, business, and technical teams to deliver a consistent, superior end user experience. You will support development of web and mobile app features and new digital capabilities that drive data access, automation, and innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Work in partnership with Director to develop future state solutioning by incorporating industry best practices, a user centered design approach, and driving data-centric continuous improvement initiatives within digital platforms.
  • Lead technical teams, agile squads, and select IT software to deliver new features/products with a focus on client experience, stakeholder engagement and execution to meet objectives.
  • Define user stories and requirements, solicit input from SMEs, define acceptance criteria and measures of success, and approve final enhancements. Develop rollout plans that support platform adoption including communications and technical education.
  • Engage stakeholders to build alignment, ensure readiness, and deliver initiative benefits.
  • Monitor and report on digital solution performance and develop metrics to quantify productivity benefits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize roadmap initiatives and shape business cases. Engage end users to gather feedback, validate design, and measure satisfaction. Support change management, communication, and education efforts to drive adoption.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience developing digital solutions with a user-centric mindset
  • Experience working with IT Agile projects
  • Demonstrated experience delivering cross-functional projects and executing strategy and requirements
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across stakeholders and communicate value effectively
  • Strong analytical experience and creativity Ability to bridge technology and business needs
  • Experience building or consuming APIs and working with third-party integrations
  • Experience working with, designing, or overseeing design of dashboard visualizations in Power BI or Tableau
  • Comfort with SQL or data querying
  • Familiarity with process automation application (i.e. Python or Power Automate)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: College/University degree preferred
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Passion for customer experience and engaging with end-users
  • Interest in emerging technologies and learning new concepts
  • Working knowledge of programming language

Location: Hopkins, MN

The hiring base salary range for this position is $101,900 - $140,140 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
