Job description

Mid-Level Electro-Mechanical Technician

  • 📍 Fall River, MA
  • 💰 $20–$26/hour
  • 🕢 Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Overview
  • We are seeking a mid-level Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will assemble and test custom electro-mechanical subassemblies and cable systems used in military testing equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a fast-paced, highly detailed, and non-repetitive environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assemble, wire, and build small- to medium-gauge cable systems (10–15 gauge)
  • Perform electro-mechanical testing on subassemblies
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
  • Use hand tools such as wire crimpers, torque tools, wire strippers, calipers, and micrometers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly and testing issues
  • Maintain a high level of precision and attention to detail for custom builds
  • Work independently at your workstation while collaborating with a team of 20+ technicians
Requirements (Must-Have)
  • 2+ years of electro-mechanical assembly or technician experience
  • Soldering experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Nice to Have
  • IPC-A-610 certification
  • Assembly or soldering certifications
  • Experience with ERP systems or electronic travelers
  • Basic computer and documentation skills

This is a Contract position based out of Fall River, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
