Job Summary
  • Drive business growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities.
  • Serve as a key liaison between prospective clients, Sales Managers, and Account Executives.
  • Generate leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by scheduling meetings and managing client communications.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and sales expertise to help expand the company's presence within the EV charging industry.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other outbound sales activities.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients, Sales Managers, and Account Executives.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while accurately tracking activities in the CRM system.
  • Support Account Executives by conducting research, preparing sales materials, and following up with prospects.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the EV charging industry, market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of inside sales, business development, lead generation, or related sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and lead generation goals.
  • Experience conducting high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • Familiarity with the EV charging industry, electric vehicle market, or related energy sectors preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work onsite in Costa Mesa Monday through Friday.
