Paid time off and paid holidays

Qualifications:
Active license to practice law in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
5-15 years of experience handling Plaintiff Personal Injury matters
Proven track record managing automobile accident, dog bite, and slip and fall cases from intake through resolution
Demonstrated success supervising case managers, legal assistants, and broader support staff
Strong command of Texas personal injury law, civil procedure, and settlement negotiation
Self-directed and highly organized, with the discipline to excel in a fully remote startup environment
Clear and persuasive communicator across client, opposing counsel, and team interactions

Responsibilities:
Launch and lead the firm's new Texas office as its founding attorney and primary presence in the market
Oversee the full caseload across automobile accident, dog bite, and slip and fall matters from intake through settlement or trial
Manage, mentor, and develop a support team of six case managers and a small team of legal assistants
Direct case strategy, assess liability and damages, and guide files toward the strongest possible resolution
Handle both pre-litigation negotiation and litigation work as individual cases require
