Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an Echo Tech/Sonographer, you will perform diagnostic echocardiography procedures to assist in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions.
Every day you will operate ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality cardiac images and data, ensuring patient comfort and performing a range of echocardiographic studies.
To be successful, you will possess a strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, proficient technical skills, and effective communication abilities to provide exceptional diagnostic services.

  • Operation of Cardiac Ultra Sound Equipment.
  • Able to perform a complete array of Diagnostic Ultra Sound Procedures as ordered by a Physician.
  • Able to select proper probe to obtain excellent results for Cardiologist interpretation
  • Able to trouble shoot equipment in determining possible failure.
Job Requirements

Required

  • High School Graduate General Studies and 1-3 years Technologist will have a minimum of 1 year experience performing 2-D, M-Mode, and Color Flow Doppler Echo's on adults., upon hire or
  • High School GED General Studies and 1-3 years, upon hire and
  • Technologist will have graduated from a Cardiac Echo ultrasound program., upon hire and
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, upon hire or
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, upon hire or
  • Registered Cardiac Sonographer CCI, upon hire or
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Adult Echo, upon hire or
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Fetal Echo, upon hire or
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Pediatric Echo, upon hire or
