Job Description Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) / Operations Lead to support day-to-day execution of the SIA-3 IDIQ. The DPM will synchronize task order execution, oversee operational workflows, and ensure seamless coordination across analytic teams, regions, and mission partners. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations across multiple task orders and mission areas Coordinate Task Order Managers, regional leads, and functional leads Track schedule, staffing, and performance metrics and escalate issues as needed Support workforce management, onboarding, surge operations, and continuity planning Ensure execution aligns with DIA analytic standards and production timelines Support preparation of status reports, executive briefings, and performance reviews Act as PM designee when required Required Qualifications PMP certification (required) 8+ years of experience supporting DoD or IC programs Strong operational management and coordination experience Familiarity with DIA production environments and analytic workflows Experience managing cleared analytic or technical teams Preferred Experience supporting intelligence analysis, technical intelligence, or multi-INT missions Prior experience supporting DIA, CCMDs, or IC agencies Pay & Benefit Highlights
