JOB SUMMARY
The E-Commerce Intern will support the E-Commerce team by assisting with day-to-day tasks, project work, and cross-functional initiatives. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to core business operations within Sellmark.
The intern will work under the guidance of a designated supervisor and collaborate with team members to contribute to meaningful projects aligned with departmental goals. Responsibilities may include research, data analysis, documentation, administrative support, and participation in team meetings or ongoing initiatives.
This position offers an opportunity to develop practical skills, gain industry knowledge, and build professional competencies in areas such as communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
  • Support and manage ecommerce operations across Shopify, Walmart, and Amazon marketplaces.
  • Assist with product listings, catalog management, pricing updates, inventory synchronization, and order processing.
  • Troubleshoot listing issues and support marketplace compliance and content updates.
  • Monitor Amazon listings and assist with Sponsored Product and Brand advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze competitor websites and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities and improve customer experience.
  • Prepare weekly sales and performance reports, highlighting trends, insights, and recommendations.
  • Contribute to a capstone project focused on developing a digital marketing and ecommerce growth strategy for assigned brands.

Perform additional duties as required to support the department's effective operation.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university program relevant to E-commerce and or Digital Sales.
  • Strong interest in outdoor hunting and shooting industry.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Supplier One and Basic SEO/keyword knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Professional attitude with a high level of integrity and accountability

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Occasional bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and operating office machinery
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Primarily office-based with exposure potential exposure to outdoor conditions.

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS
  • Main hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm in office.
  • Schedule may include evenings or weekends based on business needs
