Role Description

The Warehouse Supervisor - Night Shift is a new full time role created to handle increased customer demand and is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a great organization. The shift hours will be 4 pm to 12:00 am and will be on an alternating schedule of 4 days on and 3 days off alternated with 4 days off and 3 days on.


The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee nightly operations, including the coordination and management of shipping and receiving activities, inventory control, and material handling processes. The individual will supervise and support a team of warehouse employees, ensuring adherence to safety standards and efficient workflow.


Qualifications

  • Proven Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, employee training, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling processes in 3PL or E-Com environment.
  • Proficiency in Inventory Control and related warehouse management systems.
  • Knowledge of Forklift Operation and warehouse safety protocols.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
